Slip Collecting – Badminton Horse Trials
3rd – 7th May 2012

If you would like to apply to be a mounted slip collector on Cross Country day, then you must be 14 years or older (or School Year 9).  You must also have your C test and ideally have experience in slip collecting – preferably at Gatcombe.  You need a quiet (Safe and Sensible) Horse or Pony to ride as the atmosphere can be very overwhelming!

Please apply to Mrs Mulholland before the end December 2011.

Successful applicants will be contacted in the New Year, if over subscribed a waiting list will be in operation.

We need 9 mounted runners and 2 unmounted, who will go into the main arena on foot.   If you have already been a mounted slip collector at Badminton Horse Trials then please do not apply again – It is a once in a lifetime experience, you can however apply for the unmounted slots.

If you are interested please write with your full details (including email address) and those of the horse or pony you intend to ride: -
