On the booking form tick the Rallies/Activities that you wish to attend and return it with the payment by the application closing date to ensure that ride lists can be finalised in good time.

You can submit forms and payment on a per rally basis or one form and payment to cover all the rallies that you would like to attend in that month.

If you have any queries, please contact the named rally organiser if applicable or one of the committee members. If you have any queries regarding Working Rallies and Badge/Test Rallies please contact Dawn Viner.

You will be sent an email confirmation that your booking and payment has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your booking it is your responsibility to check to make sure we have received it.

Failure to meet with these requests will mean applications may not be accepted, so please do make an effort to help with the administration and avoid disappointment.

Please remember if you do not have your own transport it is your responsibility to arrange appropriate transportation where applicable before you book into a rally.
