 I am an 18 year old girl looking for work with children during the summer holidays. I live North Cotswold area and have my own transport.

I have a lot of baby-sitting experience and have looked after children of all ages. I can cook, help with schoolwork, and have plenty of ideas for entertaining creative and active children. I am comfortable around horses and other animals.

I am friendly, fun and reliable. References available.

Wanted (23/4/12)

I am looking for a safe sensible family horse to do lots of hacking, local shows, sponsored rides and some hunting, much of which I will do with my children. 

A first horse/confidence giver type would be ideal, a worldbeater is not required! Looking for something that is straighforward and uncomplicated. Needs to be completely calm in open spaces and not get fizzy or hot up.  It must be 100% in traffic & good to load. Able to live out & and nice to be around, laid back kind nature and must be able to hack alone and in company. Ideally should be happy to lead from as my youngest is nearly off the lead rein! 

Looks not important but would prefer something that is not too old. Gelding preferred, something between 15.2 – 16hh would be ideal. Happy to buy or loan.

“Charterlands Fenella” 

14.2 ” piebald (black tobiano) mare, 14 years old. 

Ella has been with us since 2008 and has taught both daughters to event to Pony Club Novice level. She is a super jumper who will jump ditches, water and skinnies without a second thought and regularly produces double clears at events. She is clever, bold and careful. 

• She took my eldest daughter from jumping 2ft 3 to 3ft courses within a month of buying her.
• She qualified individually for the Pony Club Novice Eventing Championships 2009 finishing 11th in her section            with a double clear.
• She was part of the winning junior team at the National Schools Junior Cross Country Championships at         Gawcott in 2010 with my younger daughter and came 6th at the PC Mini Area Eventing in the same year.
• She has done Junior/Senior camp every year with the Heythrop 

Prior to coming to us she had competed at the Pony Club Novice Championships for both SJ and Eventing (2006), her rider did her B test on her (ie she is well schooled to this level) and also represented the South Berkshire Pony Club at Intermediate Area level for both SJ and Eventing.

 She is good to hack alone or with others. She is a forward going ride but is snaffle mouthed in all phases. 

We will be very sorry to part with Ella and a kind, knowledgeable home is our priority.

Wonderful show jumping pony 

Tinkerbelle, 13.3h, 16 years old, very sadly for sale as she has been outgrown.  

Tinkerbelle is a great pony who if you ride with confidence is amazing. She is a super jumper – I have jumped up to 3ft 11 on her. She is a good second pony as she is forward going. She is great hacking out alone or in company and is excellent in traffic.

She has done PC activities such as camp and mini areas.

She is easy to shoe, load, travel and clip
