ANNUAL PRESENTATION EVENING
On
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 16th 2012
6:30 p.m.
AWBRIDGE VILLAGE HALL
As well as a social evening to meet all your friends it is time for the Hursley Pony Club to wind up the business of the past year and award cups for the various disciplines. After the presentation of the cups and awards there will be an ‘American Supper’ style finger buffet. Please could all members with surnames A – L bring a plate of savoury things, while those with surnames M – Z bring a plate of sweet things. Drinks will be available. There will also be a raffle.
TABLE TOP TACK SALE
There will also be a Table Top Tack Sale – please bring along ANYTHING you would like to sell or perhaps swop – cleaned and priced – kindly organised by Deborah Leabeater (01794 323 226 if you have any queries).
Cups: Could the following members who were awarded cups last year kindly return them to Emma by 10th February. This will give you enough time to arrange the appropriate engraving and to polish the cups to the same pristine condition they were in when presented!!

(Directions to Awbridge Village Hall -: From Romsey take the Stockbridge road and turn left opposite the Dukes Head. Approx 2 miles along this road fork left and the Village Hall is on your left, set back from the road)
