Endurance Riding

ENDURANCE Aims

  • To promote a discipline which should be within the capabilities of all Members of The Pony Club
  • To promote a high standard of horse mastership, particularly in developing an awareness of fitness in the horse or pony and the need for rider fitness.
  • To give an opportunity for young people and their families to have fun and enjoy the countryside and to help promote environmental awareness

Any enthusiastic members who wish to try this discipline please contact Kim Murphy on 07549 494199 to learn the rules and find out the upcoming dates for the next rides. ILDRA Rides continue every second Sunday in various Forest Parks around Ireland and Nothern Ireland. Information about rides will be emailed and posted on facebook as they come through.
