MPC Summer Camp Info

Names are coming in for Camp, but I know that there is still quite alot of you who would like to come but have not yet sent in your forms and deposit. If I have not spoken to you in the past couple of days PLEASE let me know if you want to attend Camp or not, if I don’t hear from you in the next week I will assume that you will not be coming.
Help Forms – I am getting alot of names coming in for Camp with no ‘help forms’ – it may be that you do not want to commit this far ahead, but everyone who has a child attending camp is expected to help with setting up and during the week so we will be following up anyone who has not got their name on the list!
Second Hand Stall at Camp – I really need one person to step up and be ‘Team Leader’ of the Second Hand Stall during Camp, this would involve helping to set it up the day before Camp, then opening up each morning, taking the money home each evening and then helping to clear it away and settle up money owed at the end of the week. I have had offers of help to run the stall each day but do need 1 person to oversee it, time-wise this would only involve some commitment before and after Camp and at the beginning and end of each day which would leave the days free. Please let me know if you can help me with this.
There is limited stabling and grazing available at Star Farm during Camp week, for details please text Margaret on 07748 845528
