PONY CLUB

Welcome to the homepage of the Monmouthshire Branch of the Pony Club. We hope that you have fun with us.

If you would like to know more, just contact our secretary Georgie, DC Suki Fairweather, or assistant DC TBC (SEE CONTACT US) or better still come and join us for a day or two. We’ll make sure that you get to know what is going on.

We hold:

• Rallies throughout the year where we practise riding and horsecare.
• Annual senior and middle camps which are great fun.
• A three day rally for 12 & unders during the summer holidays.
• Picnic and beach rides  – in some of the spectacular riding country around us.
• Training sessions for dressage, show jumping, cross country, mounted games, polocrosse , tetrathlon and racing.
• We offer opportunities to compete at all levels with teams from  5 years and over & senior Novice to National Championships up to the age of 25.

We always welcome ideas for fun activities from our members, especially those offering help to make it happen.

The Pony Club has been the starting point for a large majority of equestrian team members, equine professionals, and medal winners. Training is at the heart of The Pony Club, providing opportunities to build knowledge on improving equine welfare, rider safety and enabling Members to develop lifelong skills, alongside riding, and having fun!
