Booking Sheets

Read all these notes very carefully before completing your booking form.

Dress Code:
Mounted Rallies
– beige/cream jodphurs, show/hacking jacket with pony club badge, shirt, pony club tie, hat, jodhpur boots & black/brown chaps or long boots, gloves, back protector if needed

Stable Management/Badges – jodphurs, jodhpur boots & chaps or long boots, drill shirt, gloves, notepad and pen, Pony Club Manual of Horsemanship

Fun Rallies – fancy dress! Riding hat and correct footwear necessary

Notes:
In case of emergency please contact the Rally Organiser on the mobile number listed on the booking sheet
Numbers will be strictly limited and places filled on a first come/first served basis once we receive monies with a reserve list operating the same way
Please inform the Rally Organiser ASAP if you cannot attend for any reason
In the event of adverse weather you will be notified by text of any cancellations
Rides will be kept small and of the same ability
Times will be posted on our website a couple of days before the rally: see ‘Start Times’
You must be mounted and ready for tack check 15 minutes before the start of your rally. Failure to do so may result in you missing some of the rallyNo dogs allowed at any of the venues
Please do not tie hay nets to the outside of your trailers/lorries
Please clear up any droppings or litter in the schools, or by your trailer/lorry

Refunds:

Please be reminded that once you have booked a place on one of these sessions, refunds cannot be made unless we can refill the place as the venue and instructor will still have to be paid.
