With all the area team competitions (and hopefully Championships) coming up this is just a reminder for all members  representing OBH North in teams – Show  Jumping, Eventing, Dressage, Prix Caprilli, Tetrathlon and Mounted  Games.

Please remember that turnout is of utmost importance and OBH North has always stood out as being immaculately turned out.

At the end of the competition it always looks better if  the team present themselves altogether to thank the organisers, as it is always much appreciated by them and importantly always remembered by them.  It reflects well on our Branch, sometimes working to our benefit when Area 12 are offering courses, team places etc. and quite frankly it is just basic good manners, something all clubs involving children are responsible for promoting.

Please also take the time to thank your team managers and all the committee members who have given up their time to support you on the day, they will have all worked hard before the competition , invariably unseen, behind the scenes,  to ensure that everything runs smoothly for you .
The committee  members are all unpaid volunteers who sacrifice their own private time  and put great effort into running the Branch for the enjoyment of your children and they sometimes need all the positive encouragement they can get to keep going for the benefit of all!  A heart felt ‘Thank You’ from appreciative members and their parents is always very welcome and again is just good manners!
