UPDATE: Congratulations to Sorrel Penman on winning the The John King Young Artist Award at the National Championships and also to sister Romilly who came came third overall. An amazing achievement – well done both of you!

Fantastic success for Sorrel and Romilly Penman in the Pony Club John King Young Artist competition, they’re off to the championships again! Romilly’s portrait of Molly came 3rd and Sorrel won her category so fingers crossed and the best of luck for the overall prize.

Congratulations to our Eventing teams who took part in the Regionals at Launceston on the 7th August.

Team A novice eventing 90cm – Charlotte Teague, Olivia Retallick, Emma Stewart and Caitlin wright. Caitlin came first in the individuals and has qualified for the Nationals at Cholmondeley in Cheshire.

Team B novice eventing 90cm were –  Isabelle ball, Charlotte Ball and Georgie Nendick.

The 80cm team came Fourth  and they were –  Jess Couch Finnemore, Jasmine Downes and Annie Jones.  A huge congratulations to them – a great achievement!

All rode very well and a good time was had by all – and thank you Kirsty Wright for organising the teams.



Huge congratulations to all the riders who travelled down to Camborne last Sunday for the area show jumping competition. One of our teams, Caitlin, Charlotte, Anneliese and Olivia, came 2nd overall and have qualified for the Championships in Cheshire. All 10 members jumped nice rounds with Tabitha Munk jumping one of the few double clears. Good luck for the champs! Thank you Sam Parker for organising the teams.

Well done to all the members of the Dressage team who took part in the Regional event on sunday 17th July – some fantastic results!


Well done to our Area Tet teams who competed at Mendip Plains Equestrian at the weekend 9/10th July – Results are on the News page and a big thanks to Nicola Krusin our Team coach.


A big thank you to Sam Parker for organising the Junior Fun Show on Saturday 9th July. Despite the windy weather good fun was had by all.



Well done to all our teams who braved the cold, wet and windy weather at Lyneham on the 2nd May. We had some fantastic results, lots of double clears with several of our teams coming 2nd in class. We had a wonderful turnout of seven teams so a huge congratulations to all the team members!
