A very warm welcome to South Shropshire Hunt Pony Club 2014!

The new Spring Programme of Events is in the menu on the left. Please do get your form in as soon as possible.

The next Club Day is at Berriewood on Thursday 17 April at Berriewood. These are for all members, and you’ll be grouped according to age and ability. There’ll be several instructors, and you’ll each get two riding sessions, one stable management session and one alternative activity. 10am to 3pm all for only £20!

These are also good days to bring a friend who might be interested in joining pony club.

On Friday 18 April we’re planning the April Club Evening at Ryton Village Hall frm 7pm. See Programme of Events for details. Everyone very welcome – and you can bring a friend. 


There are two further Club Days planned – Thursday 24 April at Hadley Farm near Whitcurch, and Thursday 29 May at The Isle at Bicton. Both are 10am to 3pm and cost £25.

We held the first Introduction to UK Coaching sessions at the end of December. If you’d be interested in coming along at a future date please contact me.They’re for people who are 15 years or older who have Level C+ and will be with Pat Cram, ideal for children of GSCE Sports or A level Sports qualifications, and Duke of Edinburgh Award. There are various opportunities in this area opening up to over 25 year olds with adequate equine experience. For more information or questions, please contact/email me
