Achievement Badges

Our monthly Achievement Badges are held at  LRAC, 6pm until 7.30pm. They are fun as well as a great way for the members to learn about all aspects of pony care – and they count towards your camp rally tally for next year.

The next rally date is Tuesday 24th April 2012.

The main achievement badge topic will be Loading Your Pony.
The theory part of this badge will be covered in the classroom
and the badge will be completed when members ‘load their pony’
at a forthcoming rally.

The “mini” achievement badge will  be Farming.

Please be aware that at each rally your child will be given 90mins instruction on the relevant topic, if for any reason the instructor feels that a child has not reached a certain level of competance they will not be issued with a badge.

Don’t forget to bring your membership card for signing. So that you qualify for camp – 3 Achievement rallies count as 1 working rally .

Road Rider Achievement Badge[1]The 6 members in the photo passed their Road Rider Achievement Badge on Wednesday evening (29th September) in Tetney. They are Jess Barkhouse, Tegan Spence, Harriet Dewis, Rebekah Hampton, Hannah Boylan, William Griffin. Hannah and Rebekah were also presented with their C test felt. Thanks to Emma for training and to Binnie for examining. Their turn out was perfect and they all looked very smart and very visible! Well done to them all.
