Paying TVPC

A couple of guidelines on paying TVPC:-

Cash will only be accepted if in a sealed envelope with the childs name and rally noted on the front.

Write the child’s name and the rally on the back of the cheque.

Make cheques payable to ‘Taunton Vale Pony Club’ or ‘TVPC’.

Gift Aid

As a charity The Pony Club claims back the tax paid by parents on members’ subscriptions. The Pony Club allows the branches to keep £10 of that tax for every member. Subscription forms for 2009 will be due soon. When you complete your form, please complete the Gift Aid section – it makes a huge difference !

HATS

Hats now have to be tagged by an ‘official’ for insurance reasons.Please contact Sarah Salisbury or Belinda Humphry to arrange for this to be done.

PASSPORTS

All horses and ponies have a passport. It is becoming more common for event organisers to ask to see them at shows and events. We recommend you carry yours with your horses at all times. The car or lorry glove pocket is a good place !
