12 yr old 13.3 grey mare.
Having hunted for four seasons with the Beaufort and team chased, she was bought at the end of 2013 as a first pony for a then 10-year-old. Unfortunately this child is now 13 and 5ft 8 so the Prec is sadly for sale as totally outgrown.
She has three nice paces and a basic lateral work in place, represented West Kent Sevenoaks pony club at Novice area dressage and has scores of over 70% at this level as well as plus 60% Novice and capable of more. She also won local dressage championships and was placed at the under 25 at Hickstead. She also took part in the Strictly Come Dressage at Oldencraig as a unicorn!
She hacks alone and in company, goes first/last etc and is always well behaved. Been to junior camp (she was the bandaging model) and senior camp . She happily jumps a course of 75 cm and single fences of bigger. Loves cross country; ditches, water, steps etc not a problem. Was used as a C+ pony for another member last season.
Good to shoe, box, clip etc and is a wonderful pony to have around. Will stand in the yard for hours to be brushed, plaited etc and current jockey regularly rides her to the field bareback in a head collar. Very sad sale as current jockey is moving on to horses.
She is on Regumate which works wonders and is priced accordingly. Other than this she is 100 % sound and vice free. More photos and video available on request.
£3,500 ono; tack negotiable.

FOR LOAN: Casper, a fantastic all-rounder for confident rider
Casper is a much-loved family pony who is now too small for our elder daughter and too big for our younger one, so we’re looking for a loving and knowledgeable loan home for him for a year or two.
He’s a 19-year-old, dark bay 13.3hh New Forest pony who would suit a confident rider around 11 years old. He has competed regularly at Pony Club competitions, qualifying for the Regional Championships in dressage and SJ and winning Pony Club Pony three years in a row. Also evented successfully, including PC80 at Area Horse Trials in 2016. He loves jumping and is forward going, hence not suitable for a nervous or novice rider, but isn’t naughty or dangerous, just loves his job. He is also a safe and enjoyable hack, alone or in company.
He’s a pleasure to handle and 100% in every way (box, shoe, clip, teeth etc.). He gets on well with mares and geldings and is happy to live out if necessary. Fully vaccinated and in excellent health (you’d never guess that he’s 19 and we’ve never had any lameness or health issues with him of any kind).
