The Wilton Hunt branch was founded in 1933, and still has strong ties to the Wilton Hunt . At present we have about180 members, (ranging from 5-25yrs). Our members are given instruction in all Pony Club activities from Horse Trials to Mounted Games.
We send teams to most Area Competitions and regularly have members attending The National Championships.
The Wilton Hunt Branch is located on the Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire Borders. The country is chalk downlands, mainly arable with some livestock on the Hills. As a branch we have 2 cross country to use for events and schooling within our area, one maintained by the branch at Tidpit and Tenantry Farm, Rockbourne.
