Please check 2 days prior to each rally or training to check that your place is confirmed below.    If your name is not on the list you will not be able to participate, so if you think that is incorrect please contact Vicky Bragg vicky.bragg@hotmail.com.   Also, if you find you cannot attend OR you need to change your attendance, please contact Vicky Bragg asap.

• If you sign up for a free rally, and  then are unable to come, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice.  If you do not do this your booking will not be accepted for the next two free rallies and you will be put on a Waiting List and will only offered a place if there is sufficient space.
• Please ensure you arrive for rallies/trainings and are ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your session in order to ensure the sessions run to time.  Your help here is much appreciated by everyone!

We will need you all to arrive at 9.15 am to help to put up the show jumping course in the school, under the direction of Gemma and Sara.   It is very important that you all arrive at this time to ensure all is ready for a prompt start at 10.00am
