Winter league Winners

On the 9th of March, our members made their final trek down the coast for this winter league season, to compete in the Area 5 winter league show jumping final!

What a successful day was had. Our joint 60cm team with the Dwyfor a Gwynedd Branch, consisting of Beca, Evie R and  Annabel finished 4th on the day; with the team finishing 2nd overall in the league aided by Begw who competed for the team in several of the previous competitions. As well as Evie R finishing 4th individually in the league. Not to be outdone, our joint 70cm team with Dwyfor a Gwynedd finished 2nd today with our members Thomas and Elsa, alongside the team finishing 3rd overall in the league. With Elsa finishing 3rd today and 2nd in the league and Thomas finishing 6th overall in the league.

Our 80cm joint team with Dwyfor a Gwynedd also did superb, with Elsa and Thomas performing two beautiful rounds to finish 5th today, and 4th overall in the league aided by Jimmy, Jacob and Evie S, who competed for the team in previous competitions. The joint 90cm team with Dwyfor a Gwynedd, also held their own to finish 1st on the day  and 2nd in the league aided by Charlotte, Daisy and David, alongside David finishing 5th individually today. Charlotte and David also finished joint 4th in the league and Daisy finished 5th.

We are super proud of all of our members who competed, especially the ones who completed their first winter league season this year or stepped out of their comfort zone competing in a higher class. You really are a credit to yourselves and the branch!
