Hi all
Many thanks for supporting Area 10 and our 2020 tri series. I hope all your competitors have had a rewarding and enjoyable time at the events. I can’t believe that we’ve finished the series as it doesn’t seem that long since we started in January.
Please find attached the results from the event on Sunday. I hope these are useful for your records. Thanks, as ever, to David Pearce from The Elms school for his support and working his magic with the score sheets.
Can you please pass on our thanks to everyone who helped out yesterday – lane walkers, run marshals, supportive parents etc? We couldn’t run our tri series without volunteers and help. Especial thanks to the very kind gang who helped with our ‘off-piste’ run at such short notice (dearest Charles, you were parachuted in to do our PC thing, and you were absolutely admirable! Out of your comfort zone? Thank you x) – all run volunteers did an awesome job J Thanks also to Oliver Christopher for everything. Lynch pin – Ol is a total god.
The Area 10 tribe tried to get round to see everyone individually in order to thank them for their help, but could you please let your Branch family know how grateful we are? These events take a massive amount of organisation (hands up every PC volunteer who has run a tri/tet – you’ll know what I mean!) and we really appreciate it when everyone mucks in #trueponyclubvalues.
Also, many thanks to all who bought willow stuff in order to support Emily Christopher’s fund raising. It’s a huge achievement for Em to be selected for the World tri championships and she’s very worthy of our support. Canada here we come!
Congratulations to all 2020 Tri series winners – well desevered; brilliant sports people and great results. Makes me feel incredibly humble watching you all.
Tri/tet tribe, wishing all your Branch competitors the very best for the forthcoming tetrathlon season. And wishing good luck to all who will be competing at the tri Championships.
We all look forward to seeing you again next year. Kindest regards
Deb

Please find attached swim, shoot and Beanies numbers for Sunday. Can you please check your entries for me and let me know if there are any changes, withdrawals etc.
No update as yet from the Leisure Centre about whether we are running on grass or the 3G pitch. Once I have an update, I’ll send out joining instructions with approximate run times.
Look forward to seeing you all again. Kind regards
Deb

Thank you for all for your entries for our Area 10 tri series. Fabulous to have so much support.
Please find attached times/details for the Tri qualifier on Sunday. Large number of entries, so can you please lend me a hand by checking your teams, and letting me know if I’ve made any errors/omissions.
Monmouth SSC haven’t made a call yet about whether we’re running on grass or astro. I’ve sent you the event details in the hope that we’ll be running on grass but I’ll update you if Monmouth move us onto the astro.
Apologies for any mistakes with email addresses, docs etc. My beloved ex-feral cat (Waif Llewellyn) decided to walk over my laptop keyboard (many times!) and then fell to sleep on it. Poor laptop has gone haywire
Thank you very much for supporting our Winter Triathlon series. We look forward to seeing all the awesome tet tribe next Sunday. Kind regards
