Area 13 – Eventing League 2022

We are really pleased to announce the start of the Area 13 Eventing League for 2022.

The League is open to any Area 13 Pony Club Branch or Centre member competing in Pony Club and BE One Day Events from 80cm to 1.2m.

To upload your results and have them counted, please complete this form for ALL events!

You must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be a fully paid-up Pony Club member of an Area 13 Branch or Centre at the time of registration to 31 October 2022
  • Compete in at least one Pony Club event (including PC section at an unaffiliated event) as a combination between 1 March and 31 October 2022 (for PC80/PC90/PC100 leagues only)
  • You must register and pay the registration fee by 30 June 2022.

(If you register before 30 April 2022 results may be back dated.   If you register between 1 May and 30 June 2022, only results from the date of your registration will be counted.)

Registration fee:

  • £10.00 – per combination PER LEAGUE HEIGHT
  • £5.00 – for 2nd and subsequent horse per rider/per height

If you change heights during the year e.g.  From 80cm to 90cm you can either:

  1. Transfer from one height to the other for FREE and your points in the first league will be discounted
  2. Pay an additional entry and your points in both leagues will be counted

Points are NOT transferrable between classes, transfers must be done by 30 June, after this you will need to enter the 2nd league. 

Prizes to include:

  • Lessons with top trainers
  • Schooling vouchers
  • League Winner branded clothing – gilets, jackets
  • League Winner branded horse wear – rugs, saddle cloths
  • Championship rosettes to (min) 6th place in all height classes

**NB. The number of prizes will depend on the number of entries in the League, classes may be split or combined depending on entries. 

The League is intended to be self-funding and non-profit making.

Final results & Prize Winners will be published in early November after the end of the eventing season.


RULES of entry: 

  • You must be a fully paid-up member of a PC Branch or Centre at the time of registration and at the end of the eventing season (31 October 2022)
  • You must register using your horse’s Passport/BE registered name
  • You must enter all competitions including PC classes with the horse’s Passport/BE registered name. Entries in other names will not be counted
  • Pony Club classes are only eligible if they are classed as PC80, PC90, PC100 or PC110, (e.g., classes labelled as 75-80cm do not count)
  • Additional qualifying unaffiliated events will be announced on the Area 13 Facebook page, only entries in the PC section at these events will count
  • You are responsible for sending in all your results via the online form
  • You are responsible for checking the interim results and notifying us of any errors or omissions within 3 weeks of publication – email all queries to
  • Registrations with incomplete information or no payment will be rejected
  • If you register between 1 March and 30 April, we will count your results from 1 March
  • Registrations made between 1 May and 30 June cannot back date results, only results from the date of registration will be counted
  • Transfers of horse/rider combination between league heights is allowed (subject to the details in the schedule) but POINTS are NOT transferrable
  • The PC100 league will include events at PC/BE: 100/100+/105/1*
  • The PC110 league will include events at PC110, BE: Novice, 2*, Intermediate & 3*.
  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the number of prizes and prize categories
  • The organisers reserve the right to add or remove events or heights to/from the league, any changes will be notified via the Area 13 website and/or Facebook page
