Hi,<\/p>\n

Thank you for visiting, I hope you find what you are looking for. If not then please send me an email (Area8@pcuk.org) and I shall endeavour to help.<\/p>\n

Area 8 is a large and active Pony Club Area, offering something for everyone. As well as all the usual sports, we have some which are unique to Area 8 like the Gosling cup<\/a>,\u00a0the Bloom Cup<\/a>, and the Calvert Cup. We also offer Tetrathlon, Polocrosse, Mounted Games, Pony Racing, Endurance, Quiz, Horse and Pony Care and Polo through our PC Centres – along side bucket loads of Fun, Friendship and Horsemanship!<\/p>\n

The Pony Club offers all of us a lifelong interest, knowledge and love of horses and ponies.\u00a0Training and enjoyment, challenge and achievement, fun and friendship are all equally important to us<\/strong>:\u00a0lifelong friendships and Horsemanship are our true goals.<\/strong>\u00a0The Pony Club offers you an excellent route for refining your horsemanship through its unique\u00a0Test ladder, with\u00a0Achievement Badges\u00a0and\u00a0Efficiency Tests\u00a0going right up to The Pony Club A test, which is highly thought of all over the world.<\/p>\n

As a member of\u00a0every Branch in Area 8, you have the chance to go to Pony Club Camp, but be warned: this can become a lifelong habit!\u00a0 If you ask the Coaches or Branch Committee members why they volunteer to run your Branch, many of them will say it is because of their own enjoyment as members of the Pony Club. \u00a0All Branches are run entirely by volunteers without whom it would be impossible to provide such a varied programme, and we are so grateful to all of them.<\/strong> \u00a0Branches welcome every parent as a volunteer, as much for their skills outside the equestrian world as in it.\u00a0 There are a myriad of jobs to be done.<\/p>\n

Area 8 includes Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, East Hertfordshire and East Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n

As a senior Branch member you can join the Coaches at your Branch, or even use your Pony Club B test as part of your Gap Year travel plans.<\/p>\n
