Entry Fees:
£125 per team for Senior and Junior competitions; £50 for Pairs and £125 for Lead Rein.

Rules:
As per Mounted Games Rule Book 2022 for Senior, Junior and Pairs competition.
Lead Rein Competition – must be on the leading rein. For ages 11 and under, leaders must be over 18. Leaders are there to assist the competitor and should not help to make them go faster. The competitor must attempt to do the manoeuvre. Entries may be limited at Organisers discretion. All riders will receive a rosette but will not be eligible to qualify for Zones.
Combined teams – branches who are unable to raise a complete team are encouraged to combine with other Area 9 branches. However, they will need to comply with the requirements of the 2022 rules.
Line Stewards
2 Line Stewards will be required to be nominated per team (including Pairs). Please note the requirements of Appendix F of the 2022 Rules. Bringing a copy of the Rules is recommended!
Directions: Follow the brown signs from all main routes. Entry via the main gate
Legal Liability:-Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Event Organisers or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
There will be onsite catering all day
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
The organisers will conduct a risk assessment for the event in advance. All participants must comply with any applicable COVID-19 rules which will be communicated to team managers and the District Commissioner for each branch taking part.
PROVISIONAL TIMETABLE
Declaration forms for each competition, Senior, Pairs, Junior and Junior Novice to be handed to the Secretary at least 30 minutes before each relevant tack and turn out competition. Failure to do so will result in elimination.
08.00am Briefing for ALL competitions. Mini-briefings may take place for junior novice teams not bringing seniors if time allows – please listen for announcements on the day.
08:30am Senior tack and turn out competition starts– in alphabetical order by branch
It is the responsibility of the team manager to take their team to the tack and turnout designated area, in time to be judged before the parade starts.
