Passport<\/p>\n

1<\/span> <\/b>These are legal documents and must always be kept safe and secure.<\/p>\n

2<\/span> <\/b>A valid passport and vaccination record:<\/p>\n

a. must accompany the horse \/ pony to all events<\/p>\n

b. must be available for inspection by the Branch \/ event officials<\/p>\n

c. must be produced on request at any other time during the event<\/p>\n

3<\/span> <\/b>You may be requested to upload a copy of your passport when submitting your entry to any Pony Club event.<\/p>\n

4<\/span> <\/b>The Pony Club are entitled to carry out Passport integrity checks, this may be pre-event and\/or during the event.<\/p>\n

5<\/span> <\/b>Any horse or pony which poses a risk to the health of others will either be isolated or sent home.<\/p>\n

Please contact your Vet for vaccination advice.<\/p>\n

Young Horses & Ponies<\/p>\n

Very young, inexperienced or unsound horses or ponies are not suitable<\/strong> and may not take part. No horses or ponies under the age of 4 years old and no stallions may attend rallies unless the member has permission from the DC.<\/p>\n

Horses\/Ponies age 5 & Under must wear a green ribbon<\/strong> to let other riders and spectators know that the pony is inexperienced.<\/p>\n

Horses\/Ponies are not<\/strong> allowed to compete until their 5th birthday has been reached.<\/p>\n
