Bookings close 10 days prior to each rally – Please do not miss the booking in as we can not add extra instructors at short notice.
- Area Competitions and above – Members must have been to a minimum of three working rallies since the previous 1st July, to be eligible to represent their Branch.
- Once timings have gone out, please remember that unless requested we can not re arrange rally timings to suit individuals needs for travel, work etc. It is difficult to start re arranging.
- We can not always accommodate any requests so please bear this in mind.
- The coaches who arrange timings are volunteers and a lot of effort goes into sorting the rides.

Tack & Turnout – We will be marking tack and turnout. 5 points for the child, 5 points for the pony and 5 points for clean tack. Maximum score of 15 points (Evening Rallies exempt)
Dress Code: Cream Jodphurs, Shirt & Tie or Pony Club Sweatshirt or Pony Club polo shirt, hairnet & gloves. All long hair to be tied up.
Ponies: Plain numnah, black, brown or white. No other colours.
Hat Silks Black, Navy or brown no XC silks to be worn.
Please adhere to the dress code or you will not take part in the rally.
