IMPORTANT NOTES – PLEASE READ!

RALLY PAYMENTS & NO SHOWS We do understand it isn’t always possible to send a cheque so far in advance but please let Kate know that you are going to pay at the rally and make sure you have a cheque book or cash on the day.  If you book for a rally and do not show up we do expect you to pay for your slot and will ask for the money afterwards.   If you pay for a rally and it has to be cancelled by us we will make sure that you will be in credit for further rallies.

DOGS Please ensure that your dog is on a lead at all times at any of our pony club rallies/events.   Dogs need to be poop scooped up after at all venues – make sure you bring suitable nappy sacks.

LONG SLEEVES Please make sure your child has long sleeves – it is Pony Club rules that only children wearing long sleeves can take part in cross country rally

YOUNG HORSES If your child is bringing a very young horse to a rally, please could you let us know in advance.  Horses/ponies must be 4 years old or over.

RIDES: An enormous effort goes into placing children in the best rides to suit their age, ability and their ponies/horses.  These rides are approved by the Chief Instructor before the rallies.
