Bookings and Cancellation Policy
All events can be booked and paid our online system. Key information to know:
- The Organiser can answer ANY questions about the rallies
- Membership numbers need to be used so the database is automatically updated with the correct attendance
- If you have lost the e-mail with your membership number please contact our Membership organiser Felicity Gardner
- If you have any problems using the booking or payment system, please contact the organiser
- To help us manage waitlists and planning for rallies, if the rally organiser hasn’t received payment within 7 working days of the original booking, we will cancel the booking and e-mail to confirm
- We don’t accept cheques or cash for payment other than exceptional circumstances
- For cancellations, if you cannot make a rally and you let us know seven days before rally we will give you a full refund (so get your bookings in early)
- If you cancel within seven days of the rally, we will give you a refund if we can fill your space. To cancel, please e-mail your rally organiser.
For rallies we look to financially break even, unless as a branch we have decided to subsidise.
