The Burton are the current National Musical Ride Champions<\/strong>, having won the 2025 competition with their \u2018Robin Hood\u2019 performance.
\nAlso winning in 2023 with the ‘Shrek’ performance.<\/p>\n

The Musical Ride is a themed, choreographed routine to music, ridden in costume. It\u2019s a true team event involving between 6 and 12 riders.<\/p>\n

The Musical Ride Competition is held at the Pony Club National Championships each August, although during covid it took place online.<\/p>\n

The Burton have previously done a \u2018Disney through the ages\u2019 routine\u00a0and our Elton John themed \u2018Rocket Man\u2019.<\/p>\n

The musical ride is great fun, we train throughout the summer to produce our routine.
