If you have any questions about our rallies, please speak to the rally organiser or either Nicky Fryer or Lindsay Best. Your times will be posted on here by the Thursday before each rally.\u00a0 Once times are posted there will be a no refund policy.\u00a0 Unless due to illness of member or pony<\/p>\n

PC Membership must be in date to attend.\u00a0 A refund will be sent for all bookings made on expiry of membership.<\/p>\n

Please can all parents\/ helpers, help by clearing up any droppings your pony makes. No hay nets or horses or ponies are to be tied-up outside trailers.<\/p>\n

Please DO NOT MOUNT<\/strong> your horse and pony wait until you have spoken to your instructor and are inside the arena.<\/p>\n

Present yourself to your instuctor 10 minutes before your time slot – if you are late you will loose training time it will NOT be added to the end of the session.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remember<\/strong> to have the correct turnout for yourself and your horse\/pony.\u00a0 There will be a strict uniform policy for ALL rallies.\u00a0 You will NOT be permitted to ride without your pony club uniform.\u00a0 Hair must be tied above the shoulder in a hairnet.<\/p>\n

Whips to be as per PC rules for the discipline you are training in.<\/p>\n

Hats must be tagged<\/p>\n

NO Spurs without an appropriately tagged hat to prove you have passed your spur test or completed your C+ Riding Test<\/p>\n

RALLY – Please wear PC Uniform, (badge in pocket not acceptable!) – See email sent re uniform,\u00a0 No brand marked numnahs. Short baton whips. Body protector optional.<\/p>\n

XC – BCFPC Base layer or Sweatshirt.\u00a0 Hair in bun.\u00a0 Gloves.\u00a0 Plain Jods, Long or short boots with Chaps.\u00a0 Body protector & Skull Cap mandatory<\/p>\n

** Please ensure you have submitted your horse\/ponies temperature checks before attending this rally you will not be able to participate with out this being recorded.\u00a0 Passports should also have been sent in and MUST accompany your horse\/pony.\u00a0 ** ALL Vaccinations should be up to date.<\/strong><\/p>\n
