Spring Qualifiers 2026

Carmarthen Bay members were out competing before Christmas, this time for the Spring Qualifier places held in Addington in March 2026.

First up was the show jumping and we were delighted to achieve Team 1st in the PC70 gaining the only team qualifying spot. The team consisted of Kaci on Robin, Amelia on Tonto and Alisha on Bobby. All 3 girls were delighted to qualify, for Kaci and Amelia it is their first qualification in the Championships. All the hard work and practice has paid off!

Also in the PC70, Erin riding Siani came 2nd individually securing one of only two qualifying spots. Some great riding and determination from Erin after things did not go to plan in the warm up class!

In the PC80, Freya and Puddle Jumper rode fantastically to achieve 1st place with very strong competition and therefore qualifying. The team at this height rode well and achieved 3rd place. Well done to Mari and Jack and Letti and Belle!

Next up was the Dressage and at PC70 one of our teams did it again and qualified in 1st place! A huge congratulations to Erin on Siani, Ffion on Ronnie and Alisha on Bobby! Our other team of Ruby on Beauty, Llinos of Ponty and Freya on Puddle achieved team 2nd. Well done to all of you.

Arena Eventing was the last qualifier and lots of members tried their hand at this for the very first time. No qualifying places this year but some great experience gained.

We look forward to the championships in March!
