CHIDDINGFOLD PONY CLUB 2021-TACK AND TURNOUT GUIDELINES

Safety for horse/pony and rider are of utmost importance. Your tack and turnout will be checked at each and every rally. Everyone should be smartly turned out, with clean ponies/horses, manes and tails brushed and feet correctly shod/trimmed.

DRESS FOR RALLIES

The dress code for rallies is:

Hat with PINK hat tag – if it is a skull cap please use a navy or black silk (red and white for XC)

For XC rallies you need a non peaked hat and back protector (recommended at all rallies)

Plain jodhpurs, Black, navy, cream or white

Branch polo shirt/XC base layer

Branch sweatshirt/jacket

Gloves

Pony/horse should have  a plain navy, white, black, brown or branch saddlecloth.

NB: if you are a new member and have not yet got your Chiddingfold Polo shirt/sweatshirt or jacket, please still come to a rally and just wear a dark coloured top.
