Rules set in 2016 for CVFHPC Social Media pages – these pages are to communicate about CVFH events and rallies and to celebrate our members successes.

1. No Horses/ponies for loan or sale : Admin request that any for sale/loan/wanted adverts are either placed on the news letter email or placed on the website (contact Helen Dean). This is not only now a main committee rule but also a social media rule now. For sale/loan ads will be removed.

2. Only CVFH/PC branded items to be sold: 
Agreement from main committee that only branded CVFH/PC items can be sold on this page, for example saddle cloths, coats, jumpers, ties, skin which are branded. Non related items will be removed.

3. Non PC related posts not allowed: Please do not share any non PC related items to these pages. No lost animal posts, employment posts, non PC training or events etc.They will be removed unless admin deem it appropriate or relevant to the members of CVFH. Any events which are non CVFHPC related can go on the Cotswold Vale Farmers Hunt PC Open Events page.  

4. Be kind and courteous: We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

5. No hate speech or bullying: Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

6. Respect everyone’s privacy: Being part of these groups requires mutual trust. What’s shared in the groups should stay in the groups, this is why these are closed groups and posts are non shareable.

Going forward posts of this manner will be removed (as has been the case since the rules were set in 2016). Repeated breaking of the rules may, at admin discretion, mean a temporary ban or removal from the groups all together.

In addition please do not add members to the groups that are not part of our PC, every person you add requires approval from a variety of admins, if they don’t answer the questions they will not get added.
