To guarantee your place on a rally please send copy of BACS transfer with rally slip at least 7 days in advance of the rally.
Last minute bookings will only be possible if spaces are still available.
If you have to cancel, and you let the rally organiser know with reasonable notice. (7 days ) It should be possible to either adjust rally times or fill your space in which case you won’t be charged. If you cancel within 7 days we will unfortunately keep your payment as the venue and instructor have been confirmed.
Refunds will only be given if Horse/Pony is lame, Weather conditions or other extreme events.

The attached Rally Slip must be emailed to the Rally organiser and copied to Jenni our Treasurer (cc – jenni@brenjulin.plus.com) so they can reference your payment and are aware you have paid.

Flatwork/Dressage Rallies- These are for those wanting to learn more and improve their flatwork, working towards dressage competitions. Please wear appropriate tack ie. snaffle bridles and no martingales.
Show Jumping Rallies- These are for those wanting to learn more and improve their show jumping and prepare for competitions including area.
General Rallies- These can have a variety of formats – see calendar for further details.
