The Pony Club in the UK is divided into 19 Areas. NI is Area 17. Each summer every Area holds inter-branch competitions for teams and individuals in all disciplines. The winning teams and individuals from each Area qualify for Regional or National Championships in Scotland\/England in August. <\/strong>********************************************************************************<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Members must adhere to the following if they wish to compete for East Antrim Branch in the Area competitions and\/or Home Championships:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Members must attend at least 3 rallies throughout the year to demonstrate that they have an interest in and commitment to the club (starting July). Note: Camp counts as rally, as do ‘on foot’ activities like quiz training, badgework etc;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

If competing in Cross Country at Areas\/Home Champs at 60cm plus \u2013 members must attend at least one xc rally (on the horse\/pony they wish to compete on) or send us Eventing Ireland results. Our DC has to sign off all our area competitors as capable and competent at the level they wish to ride at;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
