Events and Booking System<\/h2>\n

This is our\u00a0bookings system<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 it is fairly easy and safe to use \u2013 you may wish to save important dates in your phones and diaries.

Rallies are advertised<\/strong>\u00a0on our internal\u00a0East Down Branch Communications Facebook<\/strong><\/em> page AND on Whatsapp groups<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY\u00a0<\/strong>
\nNo refunds are given within 72 hours of the rally or training event\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>
\nIn some exceptional circumstances, this may be waived (at the discretion of DC \/ ADC) or on the production of a doctor\u2019s letter or vet\u2019s note.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83d\ude00\"<\/span>\u00a0you are responsible for your own tack checking and general safety at PC Rallies<\/span><\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\ude00\"<\/span>\u00a0please be aware that EHV-1 (& other communicable conditions such as ringworm & flu) are out there for our horses \u2013 so do not let them sniff each other and keep them home if there are any signs of temperature or if you are in a yard where there has been equine foreign travel.<\/span><\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\ude00\"<\/span>\u00a0please check your horse\u2019s inoculations for Tet and Flu and that you have seen your farrier & equine dentist on a regular basis
\n\"\ud83d\ude00\"\u00a0If your pony is lame or showing signs of discomfort please do not be offended if a committee member brings this to your attention \u2013 we are all looking out for our horses\u2019 health and well being
\n\"\ud83d\ude00\"\u00a0Your horse must be 4 or over in order to take part in PC events and activities and if you intend to ride a stallion please let DC\/ADC know (you will need to wear an ID disc) .\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
