Dani and Laura are very much looking forward to welcoming you on Monday 29th July for an unmounted introduction to another fun-filled week.

  • Monday will be a ‘set-up’ day – no ponies required! There will be activities for the children and all parents/nominated adults will be required on site to help set up the arenas and gazebo. We found that this worked really well last year and really appreciated everyone lending a hand, enabling us to get this done as quickly as possible.
  • Camp will include activities such as cross country, flat work, mounted games, show jumping, stable management, badges and a presentation to round off both Mini and Junior Camp.
  • There are qualified instructors, first aiders and security in the form of committee members available at all times. There is always something available for members to eat and drink if requested and our tuck shop will be open in the gazebo.
  • Members are put into groups based on experience and ability of pony and rider. For this reason, it is important to attend the mounted rallies so that our instructors can assess which group will be most suitable at camp.
  • This year, Junior Camp will cost £130 and Mini Camp £70. Payment will preferably be made by BACS to 20.27.91 90398624 with your child’s name and either mini/junior camp as the payment reference.
  • Any senior campers/older members who would like to volunteer themselves to help the younger children, please email me with your availability.

As ever, we welcome offers of help from parents and this year we are looking for a couple of parent volunteers to take on specific roles.

  • We are hoping to put on a BBQ on selected days this year but require a small group of volunteers to run this. Please let me know if you would like to take this on.
  • A parent to organise a team to provide lunch for our super instructors.

This will be our last year of running camp so if you are interested in taking this on for 2020 then do let us know. We would be very happy for you to work alongside us this year.

kit lists, rules and guidance notes will shortly be available from the ESPC website.

Any questions? Please email Laura a

We are looking forward to hearing from you very soon!
