2023 Area Dressage Report<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Area Dressage – 21 May 2023 – Hickstead\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

One Area competition for each of the main disciplines takes place across the region each summer. Top placings result in qualification to the prestigious national Pony Club Championships in August or the Grassroot Regional Championships in September. We are very proud of all our members who achieve a level of riding sufficient to enter Area and delighted for the lucky, talented few who qualify to attend Championships, definitely a PC career highlight for members and parents!<\/p>\n

Wow!!! What can I say – the Area dressage riders were just FABULOUS today!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

In face of traffic adversity \ud83d\ude02 our wonderful riders entered in at A and gave it there best shot! \ud83d\udcaa<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd29 Our Grassroots Orange Team achieved team 2nd place!!! \ud83e\udd48\ud83c\udf89<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd73 With both Brooke and Lily winning their sections!!! \ud83c\udf89\ud83c\udfc6<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc4f A huge well done also goes to:\u00a0<\/span>Sophia,\u00a0Jess P,\u00a0Poppy H,\u00a0Alice DT,\u00a0Imogen – who all achieved top ten placings!! \ud83c\udf89\ud83c\udf1f<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude07And of course none of this would be possible without all the team members putting in lots of effort – so I\u2019d like to give a special thank you and big well done to:\u00a0<\/span>Meg,\u00a0Sophie,\u00a0Olivia,\u00a0Carys and Mattie – you all rode beautifully and did ESPC proud \ud83d\udc96<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf1fI\u2019d also like to give a little mention to Daisy and Emily who both wanted to take part in today but whose horses were unable to – and so instead they helped out \ud83d\udc4f<\/span><\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude03 Well done girls, volunteering and helping is something to be very proud of and keeps pony club going \ud83d\udc34\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83e\uddb0\ud83e\udd84\ud83d\udc66\ud83c\udffb\ud83e\udd70<\/span><\/p>\n
