Thank you to everyone who came to help and support us at our Tri on Saturday we could not have run without you. Our shooting team of Peter, Simon, Clare and Helen, who went on to man the run in the cold and mud, thank you. To Sue who ran the bean bag throwing managing all the under 8 competitors. To our lane judges who had the warmest job if not always the driest, Michelle, Anna, Jules, Jo, Dakota, Rosie, Debbie and Dani for being\u00a0 our life guard. Thank you to Louise for acting as safe guarding officer and filling a variety of roles all day and a massive thank you to Debbie for acting as my right hand woman helping to organise venues, refreshments and rosettes . Finally thank you to those members that came and competed and made the day all seem worth while.<\/span><\/p>\n
