Helping Out

You will receive emails nearer the date of events asking for help. Please do not ignore these as it is impossible for the committee to set up, run and clear up after all the activities and events without your help. For many of the jobs, no experience is needed and in any case you will be fully briefed as to what is required

As parents of members we ask that you dedicate to helping out at a minimum of 2 events per year. In 2024 we are hosting 4 large fund raising shows to raise valuable funds for the branch. Each event has a volunteering sign up sheet, so that you can pencil in your diaries which events you are able to help at. Please click on an event and put your name down to one of the provisional roles. We will allocate roles and jobs closer to the time.
