To enable us to plan groups and instructor requirements, we ask that you book on to events at least 48hrs prior to the activity \/ event date. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Venues for all fixtures are subject to change\/confirmation as weather and ground conditions are always a major factor.  Please check with the person organising the event if in doubt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Practices for all disciplines are taking place regularly, please check the calendar to see what’s on and when.  If you would like to join in, please contact the relevant Committee member.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

All activities are arranged to cater for all levels of expertise and are grouped accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Note for Parents<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Setting up and putting away: Please remember that all Pony Club Committee members are volunteers. Pony Club etiquette requests that all parents assist with setting up and putting away. If you are in the 1st group, please arrive earlier to assist with setting up, and if you are in the last group, we ask you help put equipment away.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Parents of children under 8 must be there all the time.  Older children should only be left in cases of necessity.  Under these circumstances please ensure that you nominate and agree with another parent to be in charge of your child during your absence and make the instructor aware before leaving.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

We are indebted to a great number of people for the use of their training facilities, please ensure that you clear any mess in the parking areas and arenas before you leave.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Please note there is a Code of Conduct in place for all parents and children when representing Enfield Chace. Failure to comply with this will result in a permanent ban to compete in teams and future competitions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

During lessons we request no outside interference, (calling or shouting instructions to your child), as this distracts riders attention away from their instructor and may cause them to miss important guidance. Should you need to speak to your child during a rally or lesson, we ask you calmly seek the attention of the instructor and discuss any concerns.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Body Protectors are now compulsory for cross country.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Skull caps are also now compulsory for solid cross country fences.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
