Pony Club Branch Membership is open to anyone (from total novice to those with more experience) up to the age of 25 who has access to a horse or pony, by ownership or loan, and has the means to transport the horse or pony to and from rallies and other events.

Branch Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase:

To renew your Pony Club membership just follow the steps below:

  • The quickest and safest way to renew your membership is via the Member Portal. As an existing member, we will need to send you an email link and you should get this via the renewal reminders sent out 4 and 2 weeks prior to membership expiry.
  • If you cannot find this email, or have lapsed membership, please contact us via and request a portal invite.

You will not be able to change branch or membership type (Riding or Non-Riding) via the portal, if you need to do this please contact Anna Billings, Branch Membership Secretary.

For the majority of long-standing members renewal will be due on 31st January, but remember that membership now runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, so if you purchased your  membership in August it will renew in August!
