Barrier Spring Festival 2022/2023 – England & Wales
Arena Eventing, Dressage and Show Jumping competitions are running across England and Wales, with the finals being held 11th – 12th February 2023 at Arena UK.
The Barrier Spring Festival is a competition series for Dressage, Show Jumping and Arena Eventing. Riders will compete to qualify for the Finals. The qualifying route for each sport is as follows:
Show Jumping – Preliminary Rounds will be held up to the date of the Area Competition to enable Members to qualify for their Area Competition. Each Area will hold and Area Qualifying Competition between 1st December 2022 and 31st January 2023 (or earlier at the discretion of the Area Representative) for those who qualified at a Preliminary Round. Those who were successful at their Area Competition will qualify for the Final in February 2023.
Dressage – Each Area will hold an Area Qualifying Competition anytime before 31st January 2023. Members will compete at their Area Competition to aim to qualify for the Final in February 2023. There will be no Preliminary Rounds, but Branches & Centres are encouraged to run Friendly competitions to prepare members for the Area Competitions.
Arena Eventing – Each Area will hold an Area Qualifying Competition anytime before 31st January 2023. Members will compete at their Area Competition to aim to qualify for the Final in February 2023. There will be no Preliminary Rounds, but Branches & Centres are encouraged to run Friendly competitions to prepare members for the Area Competitions.
