Success at Musical Ride for Essex & Suffolk Team

This Autumn, 6 of our E&S members took part in the Pony Club virtual Musical ride competition. Immy, Alanna, Iris, Martha, Pippa and Matilda range in age (from 5 to 15) and ability and their ponies are very different sizes too! With some expert choreography by Jo M everyone was able to get involved. All the riders and ponies were fantastic during practice, with lots of smiles all round. Costumes, provided by Pippa’s Grandma, were the final touch and then we were ready to film!

There were 28 teams entered in the competition this year – more than any other year. The E&S entry placed a fantastic 8th! The judges really enjoyed the routine and thought the varying sizes and ages represented pony club at it’s best – we are very proud of all children and ponies!!
