Triathlon Report – Jan 2024

Sonny and Tallulah Northover-Dodd travelled up to Oakham School for the Cottesmore PC Triathlon, fortunately the flooding the day before had subsided.

Tallulah moved up to tadpoles …first time shooting at a competition (extremely nervous) and she managed a very credible 700 out 1000 points! A bit of a shock to the system running 1000m compared to last years 500m and almost got the elusive 4 lengths swimming!! She came 5th out of 20 – talk about set a benchmark – we weren’t even expecting a rosette.

Sonny started the New Year as he means to go on! Tadpole boys 1st place out of 11 with a good shoot, an ‘economical post-Christmas’ run and ‘Best Swim’ plus 1st place team.
