NEW FOR 2019 – Membership for non-riding members. This is at a reduced rate and will allow non-riding members to take part in events such as Triathlon, Pony Club Quiz, Non Riding Achievement badge rallies, Horse and Pony Care Competitions etc.

To join the Essex Union Hunt Branch of the Pony Club please download the form here

And return to Sophie Sheldon – details as above, and on the form.

The subscription covers the period 1st February 2019 to 31st January 2020.

This form is for both new and existing members.

Please make cheques payable to Essex Union Hunt or EUHPC and include with your form, or if you would like to pay by BACS, please contact Sophie for the details.

Once completed and signed form has been received and payment made you will receive an email to confirm your membership number and set out some current information. You will also receive a new member pack through the post from Pony Club Headquarters that includes lots of useful information.

The membership packs are a new initiative from PCHQ this year – we are advised that they will start to be sent out at the end of January and at regular intervals after that.

Membership renewal must be made by 28 February or after that date you will not be able to attend any rallies or training until renewal has been made.    Also if you have not renewed by 28 February you will not be able to represent the Branch at Area Competitions in 2019.

Any new members who have joined since 1 September 2018 your membership runs to 31 January 2020 so no need to complete a renewal form.

GIFT AID – please complete the gift aid form as this gives us extra money as a Branch without costing you anything more.

AND FINALLY – never be afraid to ask if you have any queries.    We are a friendly branch and all our parents were new to the Pony Club once so are always happy to chat and help.  Our Branch Committee members are listed on the contacts page and of course you will see our District Commissioner, Cat Moody at most rallies and she is always delighted to help.
