The field is now OPEN!<\/h3>\n

The field is available for use by all our members Free of Charge when it is open (normally April \u2013 November, as long as they are accompanied by an <\/span>approved coach – this must be from the list below.<\/strong> If your coach is not on the list, please email Katy at dc.flamstead@pcuk.org and we will look into adding them to the list.<\/span><\/p>\n

The course is also available for hire by other pony clubs or by individuals, as long as they are accompanied as above.<\/p>\n

Bookings in advance only and payment online & are subject to you accepting terms and conditions**<\/p>\n

Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.<\/p>\n

Booking is accepted as long as individuals are accompanied by an approved instructor.<\/p>\n

Arrival & Parking<\/p>\n

Gate 1 (adjacent Beechwood Park school) may be open half an hour before booked start time to enable rider and horse to tack up. Under No circumstances are booked person(s) allowed to ride on the course alone and must wait for a Flamstead approved coach. If for any reason there are delays, please contact your coach direct.<\/p>\n

Ensure gate is locked on exit and code scrambled at all times.<\/p>\n

Please follow the track to the top of the field and park adjacent to the show jumping arena.<\/p>\n

We recommend at all times applying the handbrake firmly and putting your vehicle in gear. If parking on a hill facing upward, select a forward gear, select reverse gear when facing downhill.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n

Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. No persons under the age of 18 may use the cross-country course unless accompanied an adult<\/li>\n
  2. No persons may ride on the course alone and must be accompanied by a Flamstead approved coach (a list of these is below, if you would like to bring a different coach, please email Katy at\u00a0 dc.flamstead@pcuk.org<\/li>\n
  3. Current BE and PC safety standard riding hats & Back\/Body protectors must be worn at all times<\/li>\n
  4. The rider is responsible for checking all fences are safe to jump prior to jumping them.<\/li>\n
  5. Any damage caused to the cross-country fence must be reported.<\/li>\n
  6. Riders deemed to be riding dangerously may be asked to leave the course.<\/li>\n
  7. The rider is responsible for determining whether the fence is suitable for the horse and rider\u2019s ability.<\/li>\n
  8. I understand that riding at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may re-act unpredictably on occasions.<\/li>\n
  9. The rider may fall off and could be injured, they accept that risk.<\/li>\n
  10. The rider confirms that they have current appropriate insurance for XC training.<\/li>\n
  11. Flamstead Pony Club will not use any information given below other than in the case of a related incident, to comply with GDPR regulations, unless consent is given below<\/li>\n
  12. The organisers will not be held responsible and accept no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, rider, spectators, vehicles or their contents and accessories, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. It is a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify against any legal action arising from such incident.<\/li>\n
  13. Horses & ponies tied to lorry or trailers must not be left unattended.<\/li>\n
  14. Please ensure the area around your horsebox \/ trailer is clean and tidy. Droppings collected and not swept onto or left behind. Please take litter home.<\/li>\n
  15. \u00a0No dogs allowed on the XC course, other than in parked area only and MUST be on a lead at all times<\/li>\n
  16. You can cancel and receive a refund up to 72 hours of your appointment.<\/li>\n
  17. \u00a0If we have to cancel your appointment due to adverse weather, for example, you will receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
