Open to Area 12 Branches<\/strong>. Record a dressage test and receive a mark and dressage sheet feedback from a BD qualified judge.<\/p>\n

Competitions will run in October\/November\/January\/February\/March with rosettes to the top 3 each month and cumulative scores from the 5 months counting towards the Championship and also the Area 12 Dressage League.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Rules<\/h2>\n

Dressage Tests may be ridden in any 20x40m arena on a surface or on grass. Tests may be called.<\/p>\n

Correct tack for the appropriate test must be worn. For any questions about tack, refer to the PC Dressage Rulebook. Ponies may wear boots.<\/p>\n

There is no need to plait or wear competition clothing but riders and ponies should be smartly turned out as per PC rules, back protectors if worn should be 2018 standard, hats should have a pink tag, spurs are only allowed if a spurs tag is worn and hair should be secured safely in a hairnet or bun as per the PC 2025 Rule Book.<\/p>\n

Only one video may be entered per month for each pony\/rider combination in any one class. The same video may not be re-submitted in a different month. Combinations are encouraged to enter the same class in several months, but must use a new video each time.<\/p>\n

Horse\/Rider combinations may only compete in 2 consecutive tests in a single month, ie 1&2, 2&3 etc. A horse may be ridden by 2 different riders in the same class.<\/p>\n

Classes<\/h2>\n

Video Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tests must be videoed from approximately 3m back at the \u201cC\u201d end of the arena, as if in the position of a dressage judge. The test must be completed in one session, without editing, as if in a competition.<\/p>\n

Make sure that the whole of the horse and rider are in the video at all times and that sound is recorded.<\/p>\n

Download the whole of the test as a Unlisted Video on YouTube<\/a>, please name the video with the month recorded\/the rider\u2019s name\/the name of the horse\/the test ridden<\/em> in the video title (for example March\/Frankie Dettori\/Shergar\/PC70<\/em>).<\/p>\n

How to Enter<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. To Enter <\/strong>Enter and Pay on-line via HorseEvents\/Calendar Page <\/a>AFTER you have videoed your test.<\/li>\n
  2. Include in the relevant section of your entry form the video link to the YouTube video of your test.<\/li>\n
  3. Entries must arrive by midnight on the last day of the month being entered (for example by midnight on 31st<\/sup> October for any October entries).<\/li>\n
  4. Marked test sheets will be returned by post or email. If you require a hard copy of the sheet please send a s.a.e. to Vikki Batizovszky at The Brown House, Little Gaddesden, Berkhamsted, HP41PE indicating the name and class entered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Prizes<\/h2>\n

    Results will be published on Pony Club Results as soon as possible after the end of the month. Rosettes to the top three in October, November, January, February and March and will be posted to the address provided at the time of entry. Overall Championship winners will be based on the highest cumulative score for each class over the 5 months.<\/p>\n

    Rosettes will be awarded to the winner of each class each month. The overall series winner will be the combination with the highest cumulative score in each class at the end of the 3 months.<\/p>\n
