Mini-Championship- August 2026

THE PONY CLUB MINI CHAMPIONSHIPS – BICTON

What a fantastic few days for our Four Burrow members at the Pony Club Mini Championships at Bicton!

It was a huge achievement for all our riders to qualify and represent Four Burrow at this level, and they certainly did us proud! Well done to Austin, Daisy, Elsie, Isla H, Clemmie, Darcey, Harriet and Skye for how well you represented your branch.

Placings were as follows-

WEDNESDAY RESULTS
Isla – 7th in the 40cm Assisted and a 9th in Dressage
Daisy – 10th in Dressage

THURSDAY RESULTS
Clementine – 3rd in Assisted Dressage
Darcey – 5th in Dressage
Harriet – 6th in Dressage
Skye – 7th in Dressage

And a special mention for Skye, who rode clear in every jumping round she competed in throughout the event!

The jumping classes at Bicton were absolutely huge, with over 100 entries in each class, making those placings extra special. Even to get a clear round at a championship is something to be very proud of!

But most importantly, a HUGE congratulations to every Four Burrow rider who took part.

Getting to the Mini Championships is an achievement in itself, and watching our members head off to Bicton, compete against riders from across the region and give it their absolute all has been fantastic.

A massive thank you to all the parents, trainers, supporters who make these opportunities possible — and of course, to the wonderful ponies who are very much the stars of the show!

You have all done Four Burrow proud!
