Regional Champs- Bicton- 26th and 27th August 2023

Saturday and Sunday was regional champs at Bicton.

We had Millie in the 80cm showjumping on Saturday on Romeo. Following an unusual two poles in the first round they did a lovely clear in the second round, but were unfortunately were out of the placing with such a large field of competitors.

On the Sunday we had Millie and Katie in the 80cm eventing.

Katie unfortunately had four faults in the showjumping, but a clear in the cross country. However, what a great experience to have ridden the cross country at Bicton.

Millie had a high scoring dressage test, but had a parting of ways at fence 4 in the showjumping.

Both riders have been outstanding ambassadors whilst representing our branch, however, and I am sure they will have learnt lots and enjoyed the experience. Well done to both of you.
