The committee is made up of volunteers, who are parents or grandparents of members. We have a fantastic team who dedicate an enormous amount of their spare time to making everything happen in the branch and are extremely grateful for all they do, and all the help they receive from parents. Janet Yelloly
District Commissioner
Janet has been on the committee for many years and has several granddaughters involved in the club through all levels. She knows the branch inside out. All emails to the DC email are read only by Janet, and are strictly confidential.
Natalie Ghafoor
Assistant DC
Natalie is our Assistant DC. She has a daughter, Anya, who is in juniors.
Ellie Francis
Head of Showjumping
Ellie manages our senior showjumping training and competitions. She herself came through GHPC, and was part of the Garth Hunt team that won at Hickstead in 2017. She competes in British Showjumping at 1.30m.
Angela Verloop (on left)
Head of Eventing
Angela manages our eventing and cross country training and competitions. She brings lots of enthusiasm and drive to our successful, expanding eventing teams.
Nicole Jahanshahi
Head of Unmounted Training
Nicole (a former GH member herself) has both her daughter in juniors and a son in minis. Nicole is a lawyer, who competes (in her spare time!) internationally at Dressage Small Tour and Young Horse as well as sitting on the British Equestrian Federation judicial panel.

Treasurer
Emily has a daughter, Jess, who is in juniors. Emily is managing the finances for the club.

Head of Membership
Janet is in charge of keeping of membership and is the first point of call for new members.
Emma Palmer-Watts
Health & Safety and Safeguarding
Emma has a daughter, Sophia, in juniors. With a background in counselling, she manages safeguarding and health & safety for our club. She can usually be found behind a table of glitter & glue in fancy dress!
Maddison Peries
Minis
Mads has been part of Garth Hunt since she was little and we are delighted that she is involved in supporting the minis section. Her huge enthusiasm and cheery nature means she is much loved by our younger members. An experienced BE event rider, she currently competes in British Eventing at CCI-S3* level.

Mounted Games
VACANT position to join our friendly team and run our growing cohort of mounted games enthusiasts, fielding teams locally. Mounted games is fun, friendly and a great complement to other disciplines.
Angela Bellamy
Head of Dressage
Angela (a former GH member) has a daughter, Daisy, in juniors. With her experience in British Dressage Youth, she leads the dressage training and competitions for our club, demonstrating the invaluable benefit of flatwork on all disciplines.
Biddy Palmer
Head of Pony Club Testing
Biddy is a long standing member of Garth, with her daughter Tabitha competing in eventing at PC National level. Biddy manages the official PC testing programme for the club.
Kate Dilley
Secretary
Kate keeps our admin on track managing the secretarial side to our club. She has a daughter, Lizzie, in seniors.
Lucy Cochrane
Head of Camps and Events
Lucy has been part of GH for many years, with two daughters in juniors. She manages our camps and events, coordinating our hugely popular summer camp at Wellington.
