Branch Policies

Branch Policy Refund:

1. If any Training or Rally is cancelled by the organiser a  refund will be given to any members who have booked and paid in full.

2. If a member has to cancel a booking that has been made for Training or a Rally, they must give 72hrs notice unless the place can be filled at the organisers discretion. No changes will be accepted once times are published.

3. Cancellations must be made directly to the rally/training organiser contact details will be available on online bookings

4. Refunds on cancellations will be issued by the treasurer.

 

TEAM CANCELLATION REFUNDS

1. Entry fees for team competitions will not be refunded after the closing date given by the team organiser unless the competition is cancelled by the organising body.
