Remember you do have to train, to be considered for the teams

Training must be booked and paid for in advance using our on-line booking system.  Instructors & arena hire have to be paid for if you attend or not.  Failure to pay before attending will result in your child being turned away from training and their place been given to another member.  Please read below instructions for rally bookings & payments.  Most members do pay & follow the correct procedures.

Please acknowlege, that it is the instructors discretion to place members in a group they feel is suitable to the childs ability, not that of the Booking Secretary.  If you have any discrepancies with your childs group, please speak to the instructor, thank you.

…….For events held by other pony clubs see the Calendar page search function which can be used by selecting a specific pony club or by selecting ‘area 6’

You must book a place for rallies and training. Please book and pay via the on-line booking system.
Cancellations must be paid for if the training place cannot be filled. Instructors and arena hire still have to be paid for.  NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AT A RALLY. Chasing money for unpaid items is tedious & time consuming. Our Refund policy is 72 hours notice for refund unless the place can be filled.

It is important when attending pony club rallies and events our members are appropriately dressed.  We are aware that new members have not received their new polo shirts or jumpers, but we do politely ask that no bright coloured tops to be worn or hoodies when riding. (We do supply to the Grove Hunt Pony Club navy polo shirts & navy long sleeved shirts).  Plain cream, beige, navy blue or black jodphurs (no patterns) and black jodphur boots with elastics from jodphurs to the boots covering ankles or long black leather boots to be worn.   Long sleeved navy polo shirts to be worn for Cross Country.  Riding hats to be to the new 2016 Pony Club  rules: and body protectors to the new BETA level 3 2009.    Please order items of clothing via the Clothing order page (access via the ‘What to Wear’ page), order other items by contacting Katie Sanderson.

BODY PROTECTOR STANDARDS FOR 2016- New body protector that have come into force as of Janury are; BETA level 3 2009 (which should be a purple badge). Any body protectors below this standard will not be allowed at rallies and competitions.
